Shipping Policy

1. Processing & shipping Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once Shipped, estimated delivery times vary by location:

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping methods.

3. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to update.

4. Lost, stolen or damaged packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at kestcollective@gmail.com within 2 days with photos and we will assist in resolving the issue.
